We had a week of 70F (20C) weather last week and spring burst forth in Lithuania — green leaves and flowers suddenly appeared. This week has been quite cold — the temperatures dropped to the 50s F (10C) and as low as freezing at night. It even snowed on Monday in western Lithuania. Despite the chill in the air, it finally looks like spring — and I have hope that it will warm up again soon. You may remember the train ride through the snow from the winter. Here’s how it looks now.
